Jenny Case is a singer/songwriter skilled in many instruments including bass, guitar, keys and vocals. She has played professionally around the Twin Cities and surrounding midwestern regions since 1991 in many rock/alternative/experimental/variety bands and in many shows and productions. She’s been teaching private guitar, bass, vocal, piano, songwriting and recording lessons for the past 16 years, as well as coaching group classes and instructing at rock music day camps .

A professionally trained vocalist, you can hear her voice on radio and tv commercials for Wisconsin Dells and Treasure Island Casino. She currently is a member of Women In Music MN, and co-hosts an all-womens jam the last Sunday of the month here in the Twin Cities. She is a staff songwriter for the Songs of Love Foundation, a member of the ICS songwriting club Bulletlodge, and the founder of MN's first rock camp for girls, Girls Rock N Roll Retreat.

* Congratulations to Half Demon Doll!!!  These girls, ages 14-16, formed an original band at our Girls Rock Camp (Girls Rock n Roll Retreat) during the summer of 2007, and they just played at battle of the bands at the Hard Rock in Times Square and WON!  They now have a record deal with Wicked Cool Records, a bunch of free gear and and will be in the studio with Little Stevie Van Zandt this summer in NYC!

* Run at the Dog is headed out to the east coast in May.  We're still mixing our album, but it will be done by early June, as our CD release is scheduled for the end of the month.

* I'm the founder of MN's first Girls Rock Camp: Girl's Rock N Roll Retreat (GRRR), and we're preparing for our third year of camps this summer!  Check out our myspace site as well as Women In Music MN's site for details as they come!  I'm also still co-hosting WIMMN's monthly All-Women's jam.  It is the fourth Sunday of every month at Main St Bar and Grill in Hopkins. 

* I'm a staff songwriter for Songs of Love.  I'm still crankin' em out every spare second I have, and still lovin' it!

* I currently teach and run shows at the School of Rock in Eden Prairie.  The kids there ROCK!!!

* The Snaps are in the studio again with Jon Tranberry.  Watch out for a CD coming your way soon.  R.I.P. Steve Foley, our former drummer, who passed away recently.  He will be missed.  Pictures and recordings with Steve can be found on our myspace site.

* I'm currently playing with two cover bands.  One is a rock/metal band with my friend Krister called Teachers Pet.  The other is an r&b group called In2ition.  Check out my schedule for all upcoming dates!
